Description:

The Wholesale Customer Experience Analytics (WCEA) Infrastructure team provides data infrastructure support to the Wholesale Customer Experience Management (WCEM) Data Analytics and Reporting & Business Intelligence teams. This team is the foundation of WCEA team and ensures, in partnership with technology groups, all of WCEA team’s data infrastructure, data acquisition and value-added processing needs are met. This team is responsible for data security and risk management of the data infrastructure and processes. This team also supports cross-functional special analytic initiatives and reporting needs via Tableau.
We are looking for a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to support our SQL Server analytical environment and lead complex analytical and reporting initiatives. This team member will become a subject matter expert on these data environments and data processes, manage risk and develop/manage technology partnerships. This team member will need to understand deeply the business processes, concepts, and data behind those business functions to consult and perform data and business analysis. They may also direct / mentor junior analysts.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Tableau experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in financial services, FinTech, or in a digital or technical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex analytic insights into comprehensive terminology

Job Expectations:

  • Candidates must be willing to commit to working on site in either Concord or San Francisco, CA
