In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of the business
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to financial crimes, operational risk, and business process management
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for BL&T that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers BL&T wide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • As a Senior Lead Business Accountability Specialist on the BL&T Governance & Oversight team, you will support the oversight of business governance through control ownership and execution, issue management, and process execution. In the role, you will be required to own and execute controls, processes, and reporting supporting the holistic BL&T business. This role will also play an integral role in oversight and management of testing and validation engagements. Strong communication skills will be important, as this team is actively engaged with partners and leadership across BL&T and the WIM organizations.
