Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Information Management Office team within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Global Operations. The Information Management Office (IMO) manages the enterprise framework, controls, guidance and monitoring for enterprise records and information. Provides shred and media destruction services and COO Records Management Office services.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Records & Information Management Office strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to drive initiatives, to develop and implement records, and to deliver information or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Assist in the strategy and execution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Records and Information Management, especially in the areas of electronic records controls and technology
- Engage with Information Management Office (IMO) leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) controls, monitoring and procedures
- Business Execution that requires solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of applications and technology and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant information management solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- May lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- May provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
