About the opportunity: We are currently embarking on one of the most significant and exciting chapters in our history. With the construction of our new stadium well underway, we are now searching for a Senior Lead – Commercial Operations.
As Senior Lead – Commercial Operations, you will work across the Commercial team and ensure that all elements of the operational functions of the team are seamlessly planned, developed, and executed. Your role will be to ensure that our operational approach is supporting growth in Club revenues through partner retention, partner acquisition and the exceptional delivery of all other additional revenue related activities with an operational requirement.
Reporting into the Head of Partnerships Servicing, you will take full ownership of the commercial operations of all Club wide international events and experiences, including the Club’s international tours and friendlies. As the senior operational conduit between commercial, football and all other Club departments, you will bring together the various elements of operational delivery to create a seamless execution that epitomises our Club motto, Nil Satis Nisi Optimum and supports the development of this revenue stream.

Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a strong, forward-thinking individual, who has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and has previous experience of leading projects.

This position is on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Friday 16th August.
The location for this role is open for discussion, but there will be a requirement for strong physical presence at the Club’s headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
