Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Control Management Officer to support the Global Operations Control Team
In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex initiatives requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple operations groups
- Collaborative closely with senior leadership to design compelling presentations that effectively communicate key business insights, strategies, and initiatives.
- Create management materials and presentations, including developing and managing content and routines for updates to senior leaders, and ad hoc requests
- Support large-scale transformation initiatives across Global Operations Control in an effort to drive consistency and support our overall strategy
- Lead various business management routines in support of the Global Operations Control team.
- Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders in an effort to develop consistently in all routines and related materials
- Engage with all levels of roles across the broader control organization and business groups, and drive execution consistency to mitigate risks and address regulatory requirements
- Lead special projects to support the Global Operations Control team as needed
