Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo Global Receivables and Trade Finance (GRT) is seeking a Senior Lead Credit Product Specialist to partner with CIB and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to deliver effective Open Account financing products to banking clients and prospects. Qualified candidates will have significant experience and proven success in originating, structuring and delivering complex financial solutions in a matrixed operating environment to CIB and Mid Corporate CB sized clients and prospects.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with CIB and Commercial Banking to lead the sourcing of new open account product (Supplier Finance , Key Account Purchase and A/R Securitization) clients or growing of existing relationships in close coordination with coverage teams
  • Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
  • Partner with client teams to independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including highly complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients, strategically leading internal coordination, and submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approval
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert product advisor to Supply Chain and Channel Solutions leadership as well as business partners from CIB and CB.
  • Partner with product functional partners to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
  • Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
