Required Qualifications:

  • Strong product management experience that includes experience driving product execution, prioritization, outcome-based road map and strategy creation as well as implementation.
  • Salesforce Experience and/or knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) core principles, including banker/customer communication tools.
  • Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture and systems integration experience in Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management.
  • Advanced skills in agile methodology including experience in planning and refinement of epics and features, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience consulting, influencing, leading and partnering with business executives, leadership, business partners and peers.
  • Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Digital Product Manager within Customer Relationship Management under Branch Systems & Transformation. This role will be responsible for leading multiple CSBB Business System & Transformation CRM product capability scrum teams, supporting the evolution and implementation of key CSBB capabilities that transform the Wells Fargo banker and customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Product Management and line of business (LOB) partners and you will work closely with your technology and scrum team to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Job Expectations:

Pay Range:

  • California- Pay Range: 120,400 - 287,600 USD Annual
  • Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
