ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity awaits a Senior/Lead Mechanical Designer to join the team. Working out of our Perth CBD office you will form an integral part of the Design team within our Energy & Resources division.
In this role, you’ll leverage your client-focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to seamlessly coordinate across disciplines. This is your chance to shape a major project and leave a lasting impact.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:

• Tertiary / Vocation education in Mechanical Drafting &/or Design;
• Bentley OpenBuilding and MicroStation design experience;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mining Industry design,
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing mechanical layouts for mining facilities, including the arrangement of equipment, machinery, and systems within a plant or site.
• Mineral Process Plant & Bulk Material Handling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines; and
• Positive, can-do attitude.
