As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Sector’s Cloud Platform , you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, AI full stack development, testing, and operational stability
- Hands on experience with MLOps tools and practices, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments.
- Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable experience in data modeling, machine learning, NLP, API etc.)
- Use a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React) to develop applications
- Proficient in coding in Java based frameworks like Spring boot/Spring.
- Able to design React UI components as per the business requirements.
- Familiar with development tools such as Jenkins, GIT/Bitbucket, Jira, etc.
- Understanding of technologies such as Micro services, Containers, Oracle DB, SQL, NoSQL, Splunk, Dynatrace, Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Formal training or certification on applied AIML concepts and applied experience.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Exposure to working with LLM application and building the necessary models using RAG.
- Understanding of the Application Observability
- SRE concepts like SLI & SLO and Error budget.
- Exposure to PromQL is an added advantage.
- Experience with APIGEE API management system.
