$120,400.00 - $287,600.00

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a proven analytical consultant adept at communicating and synthesizing large quantities of information in tight timelines, delivering high-quality process assessments that are actionable and strategically valuable to influence organizational execution and strategic outcomes within the Chief Technology Office.
Expectations of this role:
- Noteworthy communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including C-level executives, the board and regulatory bodies
- Proven experience developing high-level assessments that capture the essence of process strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats, with a focus on critical impact areas to provide succulent and meaningful insights
- Proficient in designing actionable measures from complex data sets to derive insights and support strategic recommendations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
- Demonstrated executive presence, ability to lead through listening
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments simultaneously
- Experience with various business processes across different industries is a plus
