Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant. This role supports development of Premier Strategy in the Consumer Bank, which brings together Wealth Management, Banking and Lending for Affluent clients.

In this role, you will:

• Act as an advisor to leadership
• Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions
• Provide principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
• Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative
• Plan, direct, and control the formulate strategic business objectives for assigned business unit
