Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Wires or Payments product management experience within banking or financial services
  • Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investments
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization working with multiple internal teams
  • Payment Transformation experience (ACH, FedNow, MTS/SWIFT, CHIPS)
  • Correspondent Banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
  • ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (gpi) is a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
  • Experience with Healthcare industry at large and vendor/provider ecosyste

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to be a go-to subject matter expert to help support & facilitate the bank’s Wires Transformation. If you have extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking along with CHIPS ISO and Money Transfer System (MTS) or SWIFT then this is the role for you!
This individual will lead and define product outcomes and strategy to drive towards the future & end state of the team’s roadmap. Leads and aligns cross-functional partners and will be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls. In this role, you will:

  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
  • Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
