Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A business-minded and passionate professional, with an educational background in Business Psychology (or related). You should have a diverse and extensive exposure to complex business environments while driving Leadership & Organizational Development programs and processes.
  • Certification in executive coaching, leadership assessment tools (e.g., Insights, DISC, Hogan, etc), or change management is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership training and coaching programs.
  • You will be very successful in this role if you constantly demonstrate results orientation, systemic thinking, attention to details, excellent communication skills and deep understanding of both organizational dynamics and individual development needs.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills to effectively deliver training and engage participants.
  • Knowledge of Leadership frameworks
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring leadership programs are inclusive and regionally relevant.
  • Proficiency in French or German represents an advantage
