This is a unique opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving Group as aSenior Learning & Development Advisor, supporting the L&D team in the delivery of a high performing and impactful learning and development service to the ZIGUP Group.
Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and enhancing skills across a dynamic business? We are seeking a Senior Learning Advisor to manage and develop and deliver training programmes across a range of areas within the business.
As the Senior Learning Advisor, you will lead a team of three Learning Advisors, ensuring their alignment with company goals and supporting their professional growth. You will collaborate closely with management teams and HR/L&D departments to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance performance, increase productivity, and reduce attrition. You will also play a critical role in strategic projects and operational rollouts, ensuring that training is seamlessly integrated and supports broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Induction Programmes: Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programmes.
  • Training design and delivery: Create and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
  • Soft Skills & Values Training: Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a “Customer First” mindset.
  • Instructional Content Creation: Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
