Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of learning strategy for the NZM BU/function with P&C leaders/partners and NZM business owners.
  • Deploy learning solutions using COEs and COOP&C programme design and deployment team.
  • Oversee all learning programs in NZM, including design, development, and deployment.
  • Work agilely on programs and projects to address business challenges.
  • Embed the competency framework, assess learning adoption and capability maturity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, collaborating to achieve team goals and maintain a high-performing capability function.
  • Research capability trends, implement best practices, build networks, and align strategies with business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of Fonterra’s learning vision and delivery model, including performance measures and ROI
