Leveraging their deep expertise, the Senior Learning Content Manager will be a trusted advisor to customers, providing comprehensive guidance and support to optimize their learning and communication strategies. This role will collaborate closely with Learning Content Managers, Implementation Managers, and customers to design, develop, and implement impactful learning and communication solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and Axonify products and services to conduct thorough needs assessments, craft engaging content, and measure the effectiveness of training and communication initiatives. They will be instrumental in empowering customers to achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of their investment.
