KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or Health Policy.
- 3-5+ years of experience designing and delivering Web-based training in a corporate environment.
- 3-5+ years of experience working in an instructional design or curriculum developer role.
- Experience delivering Medicaid training programs.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Understanding legal language and principles, research methods, processes, and other related matters.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting.
- Experience in building engaging blended learning programs and tools.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and SMEs in analyzing training needs.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Learning & Development Consultant to elevate our talent development initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members are equipped with the advanced skills and knowledge required to excel in Client Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Innovative Program Design: Develop, implement, and project manage advanced learning and development programs that align with our Sellers Dorsey goals and objectives.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize multiple technologies to drive a variety of projects, support Subject Matter Experts and staff in both Client Servicing and Corporate areas.
- Adult Learning Expertise: Apply in-depth principles of adult learning, instructional design, and talent development to enhance our team’s growth and success.
- Talent Management: Create and implement comprehensive talent management programs focused on Medicaid, politics, and healthcare analysis.
- Consultative Approach: Act as an internal consultant to leaders and key stakeholders, bringing innovative solutions to support the creation of high-performing teams and increasing organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate and address gaps between job performance, job tasks, and Medicaid knowledge.
- Content Expansion: Work cross-functionally to expand Sellers Dorsey’s existing Medicaid learning content, ensuring alignment with the firm’s mission and vision.
- Strategic Insight: Employ analytical and strategic skills to drive cross-functional Learning & Development initiatives.
KEY DUTIES
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs using various delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions and ensure effective communication of learning objectives.
- Compile and review data to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Help manage the overall Learning & Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
