Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify learning needs and subject complexities.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on effective learning solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to align learning initiatives with business requirements.
- Lead the creative design and development of high-quality learning and development deliverables.
- Facilitate the delivery of innovative learning solutions in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Manage vendor relationships and projects to ensure quality and effectiveness in learning solutions.
- Stay current with best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve learning initiatives.
