• Understand and apply the Australian Unity Learning strategy and frameworks
• Design learner pathways for operational and elevated operational roles
• Develop competency matrices
• Redesign existing and/or develop new fit-for-purpose learning solutions according to pathways, subject to scope determined during analysis.
• Draw on learning experience acquired across various business contexts to apply Learning strategy and frameworks
• Analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate Learning and Capability solutions, align, and apply key tenets of the Enterprise Learning Strategy
• Demonstrate expertise in designing learning that leverage different modalities as well as aspects of knowledge and skill development
