Description:
Responsibilities:
- Make an effective and sustained contribution to the University in achieving its strategic objectives and fulfilling its operational responsibilities.
- Undertake high quality and scholarly teaching to clinical supervisors from a range of healthcare settings and stage of training.
- Engage with clinicians across northern Tasmania to support capacity building with regards to skills in effective clinical teaching and supervision
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of opportunities for both formal and informal mentorship for medical students and junior doctors.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of productive and effective links inside the University and with relevant local and national discipline and interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Seek out and engage in opportunities to continuously improve academic learning and teaching skills.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
