Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Teach food science, legislation, and/or food microbiology modules at both undergraduates and
  • postgraduate levels in the Food Science/ Biotechnology Programmes and to all faculties to which
  • the Faculty of Applied Sciences renders service in undergraduate and honours level programs.
  • Manage/ co-ordinate academic and research portfolios.
  • Supervise undergraduate/ postgraduate students.
  • Participate in community engagement projects.
  • Perform other duties as determined by the Head of Department.
