We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at CapitalBox, an SME lending leader. In this key role, you will be the legal cornerstone for our business, working closely with internal business teams and external partners, including clients and legal firms, to ensure the secure and compliant origination of debt facilities for small and medium enterprises.
Your deep expertise in European legal frameworks, particularly in SME lending, combined with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, will ensure smooth, efficient transactions that align with our regulatory and business needs. Collaboration across departments and a thorough understanding of the nuances in SME lending will be crucial for success in this role.
