BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in law and membership with the Quebec, Ontario, or New York Bar, with 3 to 7 years of experience.
• Experience in securities law and capital markets.
• Strong interest in finance and economics.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and interpersonal skills.
• Practical sense, pragmatism, and sound business judgment.

• Advise the corporate treasury and other internal stakeholders on securities law matters.
• Participate in equity, debt, and secured bond issuances, as well as securitization operations, term funding, and institutional deposit activities for the Bank.
• Ensure the compliance of financing programs and monitor regulatory and market developments.
• Identify and manage risks related to financing practices in public and private markets.
• Collaborate with external law firms to support the Bank’s activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations with financial and organizational impact.
