Description:

We are expanding our People & Culture team to match the fast growth of the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) site in Hillerød. We are currently building new production facilities and will over the next years grow with around 600 new employees. At the same time, we are becoming more global in the way we organize and work across sites. We are not only building in Denmark, but also in North Carolina making us one of the largest CDMO’s in the world. We have a very exciting journey ahead of us, hope you are ready to join?
We are looking for a key role to help make sure our people policies are fit for the future and supports the people driven culture we want to be known for. As our Senior P&C Legal and Labor Relations Advisor you will be the one point of contact for our Works Council and union representatives and a strong support for our People & Culture Business Partners.
You will be the P&C driver of our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) efforts, be one point of contact for our colleagues in payroll, Finance and legal as well as our external legal support within employment law. You will support our team of People & Culture Business Partners on labor relations including Collective Agreement matters and take over and drive complex cases yourself.
First and foremost, you need to be able to bring in new ideas and rethink how we can position us as the employer of choice from a policy and employer experience perspective. You will build trust with many different stakeholders and work long-term with engaging with shop stewards on creating a fantastic place to work. You need to be true team player, who likes to inspire and challenge status quo in an ambitious but collaborative spirit. If you have great ideas for how to rethink P&C policy making, then this is a great place to try them out.

The ideal candidate holds the following

  • Preferable you hold a legal degree with minimum 5 years of experience from working with labor law
  • You have worked with unions and been part of negotiating collective agreements
  • You have great ideas for how to link labor relations, policies and employee experience.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience from working with different cultures
  • English and Danish on business level

The role is hybrid and will be reporting to Senior Director P&C Denmark Thomas Clemmensen.

We commenced 6 billion DKK projects to double our manufacturing capacity and to add fill finish to the site.
