• Salary up to 9,000 + Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Location: Marina, Centre Region

RESPONSIBILITIES (DISPUTE RESOLUTION):

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various dispute resolution cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings.
• Assist in case management by organizing and maintaining case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare for and participate in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on dispute resolution matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES (CORPORATE PRACTICE):

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and financings.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and analyze corporate documents, contracts, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
• Draft and review transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, merger documents, and corporate resolutions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance matters, compliance issues, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve complex legal issues.
• Work closely with partners to develop and implement strategies to achieve client objectives.
