QUALIFICATIONS
As a Senior Legal & Compliance Adviser, you need to have multiple years of experience in a similar position, preferably 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you need to have excellent communication skills and thrive in cross-functional environments.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in law from Romania, or another EU country, or a similar qualification
- Solution oriented mindset
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and change, along with the ability to stay up to date on changes in the legal & compliance field
- Strong business partnering and are able to build working relationships at all levels in a fast-paced working environment
- Positive attitude and can handle stress effectively, especially in high-pressure situations with strict timelines
- Proficiency in working with IT systems
- Fluency in English & Romanian
