We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive lawyer interested in and experienced with negotiation and advising on IT contracts and IT law. You should be eager to actively engage in close dialogue with the business to challenge commercial terms and assessments while being a professional sparring partner for the business on contractual and legal matters. You will have the opportunity to shape your own role and tasks while collaborating with Atea’s other companies in the Nordics and Baltics. Therefore, we emphasize that you are proactive, independent, contributing ideas to your role and tasks. You will also be involved in Legal & Compliance’s use of AI tools already used daily.

You will become part of a team with a high professional standard, offering various opportunities for professional sparring across all areas. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Atea takes the right contractual and commercial risks when we issue proposals, negotiate contracts and deliver under existing contracts.
