WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your primary responsibility will revolve around creating, implementing, and managing software contracts, providing legal and contractual support to internal stakeholders across the organization, and fostering a strong working relationship with them.
You will be tasked with creating, reviewing, and participating in the negotiation of material purchasing contracts and proposals, working closely with business owners.
The Senior Legal Counsel is based in the Netherlands and will assist the General Counsel as required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Offering contract support (Sales, CSM, and Purchase).
• Supporting the Sales department with onboarding of new customers (creating standards/ templates, reviewing customer Papers, negotiating together with Sales).
• Supporting Sales/ CSM with renewals.Supporting Purchase for all functions where applicable.
