• Advising, drafting and negotiating key commercial deals including cross-border media partnerships and joint ventures.
• Advising on corporate matters, both in the context of M&A transactions and general operations and corporate restructuring.
• Conducting legal due diligence and drafting, reviewing and advising on transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and providing guidance on a range of contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, affiliate agreements, consultancy agreements, and other legal documentation as needed.
• Directly negotiating legal terms with suppliers.
• Increasing business awareness of key commercial legal risks and their mitigations.Assisting in resolving disputes, including contract disputes and potential litigation, and working with external legal counsel if necessary.
