Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in Switzerland fixed-term until end of 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and negotiating contracts for Customer Experience Management (CXM), including website and app development, as well as handling personal data processing agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating media service contracts.
- Providing expert legal advice in intellectual property and competition law within the IT sector.
- Collaborating closely with business units, including conducting training sessions.
- Addressing legal matters related to labor law, temporary employment, nearshoring, and offshoring.
- Offering guidance on personal data protection, with a thorough understanding of GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation.
- Developing pragmatic solutions in partnership with business units and stakeholders.
- Management of and liaising with external lawyers and consultants.
- Conducting training for staff members.
