The Office of the FAR works closely with NAB’s Accountable Persons and their support teams to provide a range of FAR-related advice and guidance. Our close-knit team has recently relocated from Customer & Corporate Services to People & Culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining NAB’s FAR Accountability Statements and the Accountability Map
- Providing accurate legal advice as well as practical guidance on FAR compliance
- Advising on and helping to facilitate NAB’s FAR breach reporting process
- Supporting regulatory engagement with APRA and ASIC on FAR-related matters
- Leading strategic initiatives to drive process improvements in the Office of the FAR
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
Responsibilities:
