As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be a key legal advisor, supporting project development teams on large-scale renewable energy projects, primarily solar and battery storage, with occasional involvement in wind projects. Your role will involve managing legal issues, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Development Legal Support: Advise on land use, planning, and regulatory issues for renewable energy projects.
• Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate land use agreements, co-development agreements, service contracts, and project financing documents.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Implement compliance frameworks and ensure legal risks are managed effectively.
• Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance activities, including board meetings and company secretarial matters.
• External Counsel Management: Coordinate with external legal advisors for project due diligence and complex legal matters.
