Job Description
As part of a small and efficient commercial legal team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders on a wide range of matters, including legal advice, contract negotiation, and strategic decision-making.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: Proven track record in private practice or in-house roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG, property, competition, IP, OHS, HR/IR, or IT is advantageous.
• Regional Expertise: Experience in New Zealand and/or Asia legal matters is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written skills, adaptable across various audiences.
• Relationship Building: Quickly establish credibility with senior management and colleagues.
• Autonomy: Work independently while fostering teamwork within the legal team.
• Strategic Thinking: Understand the business impact of legal decisions.
• Innovation: Proactively solve problems with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Professionalism: Uphold integrity and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualifications in law
• Current Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
• Approximately 7+ years PQE
