YOUR NEW ROLE
As our new Lawyer, you will be part of our Legal department in Denmark.
The Legal Team in Denmark is located in Aarhus & Copenhagen. We are 14 employees in the team and as our new colleague, you will be part of a department characterized by a dynamic and informal working environment. Our clients are Ramboll’s board, managers and colleagues at all levels and within a wide range of specialized areas within the fields of engineering and architecture. You will be expected to work independently, but you can always count on support and consulting with your colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts especially on consultancy services within engineering and architecture
- Advice on strategy and risk handling in different types of projects
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to our highly specialised colleagues in the engineering and architectural business
- Handle and find solutions to disputes – often including complex details
- Collaborate with and support the business in arbitration cases and other disputes, often in collaboration with external counsels
- Standardise and draft model contracts and other legal documents
- Provide training sessions for non-legal colleagues

- A Master of Laws/lawyer/Master of Business Law degree
- Solid experience with contract drafting and dispute handling
- Excellent negotiating and writing skills in both Danish and English
- Knowledge of Danish construction law is considered advantageous
