As our new Senior Legal Counsel, you will be part of our Legal Affairs team, reporting to Mikkel Skovgård Prehn. The team currently comprises 8 amazing individuals, working across Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Stockholm, who are focused on providing top-tier legal support.
You’ll work closely with different teams, using your legal expertise to navigate challenges and support our mission.

• Swedish Master’s Degree in Legal
• Experienced professional who can work independently
• Passionate about supporting and helping other departments with legal insights and solutions
• Strong ability to translate legal knowledge to your non-legal colleagues.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to not only point out discrepancies but also provide solutions and guidance
• Relationship building skills and experience, as Legal work very closely with the entire organization
• Experienced working in an agile environment, capable of dynamic prioritization
• Fluency in Swedish

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Provide legal support across Lunar
• Manage corporate governance for our Swedish entities
• Support product development initiatives
• Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships in a dynamic workplace
• Able to take ownership of your area of expertise
