Description:
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel experienced in providing legal support to TechOps Pharma as well as for IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the General Counsel, the Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters.
- Responsible for all legal aspects of the Technical Operations such as the review & negotiation of pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, including CMO and Supply agreements.
- Independently lead TechOPS-related legal projects and transactions, including the supply aspects of M&A and Business Development & Licensing.
- Negotiate complex agreements; manage disputes and litigation and assist management decisions by providing robust legal advice and risk assessments.
- Advise on technology and digitalisation related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws.
