ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory, you are part of a dynamic legal team providing expertise to the product & tech and commercial teams in all things involving payment services regulation and commercial contracts. You are a professional in legal risk assessment, keeping presence of mind in complex and urgent situations, and giving knowledgeable recommendations to decision-makers across the whole organization. The position is based in Stockholm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Safeguard the regulatory licenses of Trustly, including manage the relationships with the regulators with care and diligence
• Interpret payment services regulation, including translating this into meaningful and useful information for the product & tech team when it is designing innovative and human-centric payment products
• At times, support the commercial team in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Support the organization in solution-oriented handling of various legal issues
