We’re looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join our exciting, friendly and expanding PI Litigation team. Your role will be to provide outstanding legal advice and services to our clients.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (preferred

· Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the
progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence,
· Dealing with all types - Fast track and Multi-track cases.
· Reviewing all evidence and establishing prospects of success
· Reviewing and valuing injury claim
· Preparing witness statements
· Drafting various relevant court documents
· Complying with court directions
· Dealing with applications and court hearings
· Negotiating settlement
