WHAT’S ANILIVE?

We develop and operate AniLive, a mobile streaming app specifically designed for virtual streamers and their fans in English-speaking countries.
On this platform, streamers can become “AniLivers” with their own avatars, allowing them to start streaming from “anytime, anywhere” and earn income. As viewers, the vertical streaming experience on AniLive enables them to enjoy communication with their favorite AniLivers from a close distance, experiencing a new level of engagement including various gift animations.
With the release of AniLive, our company aims to revolutionize the virtual streaming industry and bring more fun to the global anime/VTuber community!

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Live Operations Specialist who loves VTubers, anime, and games. This role is crucial in creating the most exciting streamer and viewer experience, especially in-app content strategy, event planning, monetization, and data analysis.

• Daily Operations & Event Management: Oversee daily live operations and manage in-app events, promotions, and content to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: Monitor live event performance, analyze data to identify trends, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• User & Community Engagement: Gather user feedback, monitor community channels, and collaborate with teams to address concerns and enhance the user experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with various divisions such as product, community, Partnerships divisions, to ensure smooth implementation of live ops strategies while staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
