ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a smart, energetic and highly organised individual to join the Delivery Operations Analytics team to support a number of ongoing strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational improvements across our delivery platform. Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to identify, analyse and drive outcomes that provide the most value in the shortest time frame? Furthermore, you will be combining different internal and external data sources to produce and derive insights. A passion for data and process driven operational improvement is key as well as the ability to work within a team of people with different skill sets.

  • Optimise key business processes to continuously improve the delivery experience, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from our employed courier model, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to drive positive, timely outcomes for the business.
  • Understand delivery operations metrics in depth, ensure consistent use across the business, and effectively communicate them to other teams.
  • Investigate problem orders to identify their root cause(s) and, whenever possible, identify trends and proactively eliminate/reduce re-occurrences.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
