We are looking for a Senior Logistics Manager who will join our Luxembourg office and will be responsible for the overall logistics operations, supply chain management and maintaining warehouse, managing the teams of supply chain, warehouse and logistics specialists in Luxembourg and USA offices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
- Proven work experience as a Logistics manager
- A bachelor’s degree in fields such as supply chain management, business administration, or logistics
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Manage and strategically plan the logistics, optimising warehouse management and the flow of goods between the offices and customers.
- Collaborate with different divisions within the company to optimise logistics and procurement.
- Develop and follow procedures and implement/improve systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing team on manufacturing schedules, as well as the storage and shipment of specific models of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and ordering of inventory, as well as adherence to delivery schedules.
- Engage in discussions and negotiations with goods carriers regarding shipment costs, negotiate the best terms, necessary quality and technological requirements for goods that company orders.
- Oversee the processes of importing and exporting goods.
- Supervise the tasks of the logistics, warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Motivate team members.
- Communicate with teams about their performance.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Manage the process of resolving complaints or other non-standard issues with customers or vendors.
- Manage budgets and implement metrics to analyze and access the effectiveness of procurement and logistics operations.
