Senior Logistics Officer - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations (Contract)

The Senior Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s logistics operations. This includes overseeing transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
1. Performing roles of OE (Operations Executive) during his/her absence
2. Documentation and record retention per established requirements
3. Understand and comply to al related operating processes
4. Prepare / submit daily, weekly, and monthly report (if any)
5. Co-ordinate and liaise wit customers / transporters on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements
6. Perform allocation for all orders / exchanges and generating of pick ticket during absence of Logistics Assistant
7. Data collection for the Operations Executive
8. Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Operations Executive
9. Cycle count administration
10. All other tasks assigned by superior

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in managing international logistics and customs regulations.
Certification in logistics or supply chain managemen
