SENIOR LOW CODE DEVELOPER - NOLO APPS

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 DOE
Location: Fully Remote from anywhere GMT +/- 3hrs with quarterly meet ups
IMPACT EVOLVE are proud to be supporting Nolo Apps in their search for an experienced and user focused Senior Low Code Developer to support their established team.
Nolo Apps is a fast growing consultancy specialising in Airtable Apps and solutions for emerging Ecommerce brands. The business supports a wide range of companies such as Jaded London, Passenger, Strathberry, CRTZ and Rat&Boa. They aim to transform operations quickly, affordably and at scale by tailoring every solution to the people, data and existing tech stack.
The company has gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months and this new hire will play a key role in helping to push things to the next level. They work closely to their core values of “ Go Together”, “Find a Way” and “Lead With Energy” and expect each of their team to do the same.
Working directly with the Founders, the Senior Low Code Developer will be tasked with the design and implementation of high quality low code solutions from solution design to GoLive.
The position requires a user focused mentality as Nolo Apps work to support clients across the entire design and implementation journey. The ability to quickly understand needs and challenges and devise solutions in a collaborative manner will be essential in this role.
Being comfortable with ambiguity is also a must, the demands and goals of your clients will evolve quickly and so will your support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience: 5+ years developing systems in a professional environment
Technical knowledge: Extensive knowledge of low/no code technology such as Airtable, Make or ither relational database tool (Coda/Notion/Knack/Smartsuite)
Data architecture: strong grasp of information architecture, database normalisation, performance optimisation and error handling
UX: demonstrable experience automating workflows, focusing as much on UX as you are on data.
Project management: exceptionally organised and have led projects with tight timelines, managing the time of yourself and other stakeholders.
Communication: excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience influencing others

Solution Development: Build end-to-end automated solutions using Airtable, Make and custom development.
Technical Implementation: Transform solution architectures into working systems. Design and implement data models, automation flows, and user interfaces that align with client requirements.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable. Create documentation for handover and future maintenance.
Solution Deployment: Guide customers through solution deployment from handling data migration, creating documentation for handover and supporting training and user onboarding.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Solution Architects and the customer to clarify technical requirements, discover optimization opportunities, resolve implementation challenges and drive adoption.
