ABOUT YOU
You will be a Customer advocate and skilled in the art of data storytelling and a true representative of customer needs, behaviours and preferences. You’ll have a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative data as well as a real passion for distilling information into actionable insights, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior data insight role. You will have direct experience and understanding of how Customers engage with brands, products and loyalty experiences across channels and the levers which deliver positive customer experiences which support commercial outcomes. Technically, you’ll be familiar with analytics and mar-tech platforms including Google Cloud and Tableau. Using your skills you’ll be able to create awesome experiences that meet and exceed our customers ever changing needs. You’ll also enjoy engaging with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to translate the most technical analysis across all levels of our organisation.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Campaign & Personalisation Manager, as the Senior Loyalty Analyst you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering the design and development of data-driven Customer analyses for Foodstuffs’ customer engagement, personalisation and loyalty programme activities.
You’ll manage vital processes and solutions which create customer behavioural insights including identifying behaviour change, recommend the target audiences and the rewards and promotional offers which retain Customers, and provide actionable reporting for customer engagement campaigns and mechanics, including key metrics which support Foodstuffs’ customer engagement strategy. This includes providing requirements to increase automation and develop a more programmatic approach to personalised engagement with Customers.
This new role offers an exciting opportunity to provide thought leadership and embed practices which Foodstuffs have historically been delivered by third parties, ensuring that Foodstuffs has a comprehensive understanding of Customers needs, behaviours and preferences.
