Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an integral part of our Machine Learning Engineering block team, you will be working with other MLEs to enable MLOps capabilities on our central ML platform based on user needs (Data Domains) and create clear guidelines and processes around the subject. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including data-scientists, data-engineers and business stakeholders, to ensure the stability, reliability, and security of our platform and models.

Responsibilities:

  • Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
  • Mentoring your MLE colleagues on technical craftmanship
  • Develop and productionise use cases with Data Scientists, automating tasks where possible i.e. via CI/CD templates, standardized frameworks
  • Apply MLOps principles and mentality, e.g. to streamline deployment and post-deployment steps of use cases to central platforms, and iteratively improve the entire model management life cycle as a whole
  • Participate in the ideation and design of ML platform with platform engineers
  • Create guidelines and mature processes for Data Science teams to use MLOps capabilities
  • Experiment and implement new ML capabilities
  • Create a collaborative atmosphere in the MLE community of practice
