KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Machine Learning Models: Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong preference for expertise in recommendation systems.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala, enabling robust and efficient implementations.
• Machine Learning Frameworks: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, enabling the development of scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.
• Data Analysis and Manipulation: Proficient in working with large datasets using SQL for data manipulation and employing data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Recommendation Techniques: Familiarity with advanced recommendation system methodologies, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid approaches.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex findings clearly and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of machine learning.

• Collaborative Product Development: Work within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative products, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
• Diverse Project Domains: Engage in a variety of challenging projects across domains such as life sciences, medical technology, aerospace, finance, and heavy machinery, leveraging data science to solve industry-specific problems.
• Software Development Excellence: Create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software while maintaining a clear understanding of client requirements and project goals.
• Team Guidance and Problem Solving: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them towards effective solutions throughout all stages of project execution.
