YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have strong hands-on experience in Engineering and Generative AI and a solid knowledge of Python as well as AWS cloud technologies
• You have practical experience with Open AI or AWS Bedrock and with the open-source models, e.g. Llama
• You have worked with Generative AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and are in addition capable of Java or Go
• You are aware of LLMOps paradigm and applied it in various Generative AI projects. You have experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment approaches.
• You interact efficiently with stakeholders in business, product, software development engineering and data science
• You communicate fluently in English

• You engage with technical, product and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• You work closely with software development engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product and business owners to design and implement Generative AI driven solutions balancing benefits of custom solutions and standardization opportunities ensuring production grade services
• You collaborate with technical stakeholders to enhance the experience and efficiency of our software development processes and enable our software development engineers to utilize Generative AI in our products
• You share your knowledge and learnings about ML engineering best practices with colleagues in data science and other teams to extend overall technical knowledge
• You bring in your design and development experience related to efficient and proven Generative AI governance frameworks
