Tasks
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Sonia, you will lead the Applied Machine Learning team, managing ML engineers and researchers while driving the development of production-ready ML/NLP solutions.
Requirements
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Python
- ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax)
- Transformer architectures
- MLOps and ML infrastructure
- Cloud platforms
- Distributed systems
- ML/NLP development (8+ years)
- People management (3+ years)
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Large-scale ML deployments
- Reinforcement Learning

- Automated Speech Recognition
- ML monitoring and testing
- German proficiency

EDUCATION:
