This is an opportunity to have a tangible impact on the success of Northvolt’s production operations while contributing to the development of cutting-edge battery technology.
We’re looking for someone eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced environment where growth opportunities are abundant. If you are passionate about continuous improvement and ready to take on challenges, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze maintenance losses and implement solutions to eliminate or reduce them.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced colleagues in maintenance tasks.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and oversee larger reinvestments when needed.
SUCCESS FACTORS FOR THIS ROLE:
The person we are looking for is highly organized, communicative, and results-driven. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment, and you’re passionate about continuous improvement. You should have strong technical knowledge in mechanical, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and experience in leading maintenance initiatives in an industrial setting. Qualities we value include a service-minded approach, grit, and the ability to foster a great working environment.
Northvolt is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and inclusion, and we are united by our mission to create a sustainable future. At Northvolt, you will find an open and welcoming atmosphere where we achieve our goals as a team.
