As part of the development of our activities in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in Management - Finance Strategy & Performance who wishes to bring experience to our offices in Geneva, Zurich, and Bern.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience: Advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in audit, consulting or a similar advisory role.
  • Skills & Expertise: Solid understanding of key business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a readiness to continuously expand your knowledge.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach; fluent in German and English, with French as a plus.
  • Professional Growth Mindset: Adaptable, curious, and driven by continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting Excellence: Provide consulting services on operational strategy, finance, and management, delivering impactful insights to help clients navigate change and improve performance.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and participate in diagnostics, audits, and projects across industrial and service sectors, with a focus on sustainability, governance, and process optimization.
  • Process Optimization: Develop strategies for supply chain, production, and financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Business Development: Engage with new and existing clients to expand project scopes, supporting various sales stages alongside experienced consultants.
  • Client Transformation: Partner with clients on performance management and digital transformation initiatives, from ERP/EPM implementations to change management.
